My name is Muna Must(afa) and I am a record breaking salesperson (since 2003)-turned sales trainer. What’s my story? I found a regular old J. O. B. in college, which happened to be telesales and turned out I was pretty good at it. In fact, an average sales day was 2-3 sales, but my average was usually 5. On top of that, I worked part time and could not understand why I always had to request time off. I remember telling my manager at the time, “I don’t live to work, I work to live and I produce more sales than anybody else here, so why do I have to keep asking for time off?” The concept of working a set number of hours never registered with me (and still doesn’t). Fast forward, due to my noticeable difference in sales achievements, I was asked to train the rest of the 30+ telesales team on how I was closing more sales than everyone else. This, alone, began my journey into discovering the psychology behind the techniques that I was using.
