All I’ve learned is thanks to Muna. Even just from listening to her calls. I used to literally take notes of what she says and followed it as a script. It worked every time! I asked her to join me for a (difficult) client meeting and I couldn’t believe how little she said while at the same time saying so much. The best part was the client asked for 3 contracts at the end of the meeting. Not 1, but 3!
